Mechanical

  • the DVM 4-button keypad module is mechanically based on a high-quality push-button from the German manufacturer RAFI. In combination with the push-button cap specially developed by Sommer cable, this offers a travel of 1.9mm with a minimum actuating force of 8N
  • the actuation ends give the user an audible and tactile click feedback
  • it has a very high-quality feel
  • the minimum service life of the push-button is 250,000 cycles
  • the button caps are each illuminated by two white high-performance LEDs and can be freely labeled
  • a big set of labels is included
  • when developing the cap, it was important to us that it can be removed from the push-button again and again without destroying it in order to change the labeling
  • the cap is made of a very high-quality, crystal-clear and scratch-resistant plastic (PMMA)
  • the installation depth of the W45-SYSWALL version is approx. 40 mm
  • the installation depth of the SYSBOXX version is 38mm

Connectivity

  • two RJ45 connections are available on the rear for the PREVIOUS & NEXT interfaces
  • a mini-USB programming connection is available on the rear
  • a status LED is available on the rear, which indicates the status of the module via various flash codes

Programming-Functions

  • each button can be illuminated with 0-100%
  • each button actuation can be evaluated
  • is pressed (rising edge – edge must be reset in the program sequence)
  • is released (falling edge – edge must be reset in the program sequence)
  • button status
  • a standard brightness can be defined for all LEDs together
  • it’s possible to define the power-up state for each LED individually
